An ANALOG PASS takes in general 1-2 working days. If you wish a rush delivery, please make sure to include this information in your order. If possible we will move your work ahead of others.
This policy is intended for our clients to get to know our services with peace of mind and it’s included in the smaller packages: Mastering only (Stereo), Analog Pass, Vocal Tuning.

Orders exceeding 100 Euros are NOT covered by this Policy.

No money back if:

1. The client doesn’t provide us with a clear list of tweaks for each round of revisions for example; I don’t feel it, it sounds different in my head is not considered valid feedback.

2. On the other hand; more bass in the chorus, less reverb on the vocals are instead legitimate tweaks.

No money back after the 3rd revision.

If the client changes his mind about his material or sends substitution / additional material to us for mixing or mastering, we will require you to make a new booking.

If the client interrupts the communication for more than five days, the work will be void, and no refund will be at that point possible.
